In a sleepy Rural town, a collective of artists run a nimble mill-gallery and residency center. Once a year we have a party. Line producing from 2012-2018, we have had some fun together. I am responsible for all site logistics and staffing ( including recruitment and training). The festival is free and open to the public. It is located on the end of the MetroNorth Railroad (Harlem Line) and hosts an average of 5,000 friends and new comers each August More on TWP here.
With bands playing throughout the town and grounds, the evening dance parties heat up. With 10-13 bands a night, the party goes on.
With the help of the local fire department, we manage a outsized bonfire…
